| Free Link Submissions Free URL submissions may be e-mailed to us, where they will eventually be checked for content match and placement in the Portal link lists. Please note that the free addition of requested links is a necessarily slow process. This is because of the time already allotted to other WTJ projects and the need to maintain those projects. Maintaining link lists is a very labor intensive operation which limits the amount of time that can be spent. This can readily be recognized considering that many websites actually have a one-year backlog for unsolicited additions to link lists. Please make sure to write to the "links" e-mail address below and not the webmaster e-mail address, as the webmaster address is not geared to answer portal related submissions. |
| Report Dead Links Not only do we post new links, but we also keep an eye out for dead links. We regularly cruise through our own lists clicking and prodding to make sure they're as free of link-rot as possible. Link rot is the gradual deterioration of link lists like those in the Portal, brought on by the closing of other websites, or their movement to new locations. In any case, your help is appreciated. If you try to visit another site through our Portal and discover that the link is no longer valid, please let us know. Make sure to mention a dead link in your subject line. Thanks. |
