Science-Fiction Wargaming
Because WTJ is technically for historical subjects, I am hosting science-fiction content separately from the rest of the site. You can however, reach this page directly from the WTJ_Wargames Group at Yahoo!. All of the miniatures needed for playing these games are available at the WTJ Store.

MGV gaming rulesMGV
Tactical level skirmish rules for wargaming of miniature ground combat in the future. MGV requires only a few miniatures, each ship log sheet covers just four vehicles. Also, players may select their own weapon type according to preference - there are three major options, giving a huge range of possible combinations. Game play is streamlined and contains little or no command and control features; players concentrate on fire and movement in cycles that are purposefully varied.
Invisible Enemy gaming rules Invisible Enemy
Operational level rules for wargaming of miniature ground combat - sometime in the future! Invisible Enemy requires a larger number of miniatures, each ship log covers up to 40 vehicles. Tracking of individual vehicle damage is done on a simple 3/6/9 point system. Being larger, the game also includes operational level on-board barrages and network combat as player vie for control of the broadband network as well as the physical battlefield in front of them.

What is an MGV?
Miniature Ground Vehicles are tiny warfighting machines featured in the science-fiction story The Eylau Sequence. They are only a fraction of an inch long (maybe a millimeter or two) and are commonly used for a wide range of combat missions, intelligence gathering sorties and sabotage raids. They are small but extremely dangerous... in future wars, it will not be the large things that people fear, it will be the small and unseen things.

Below: An L63 Whiptail MGV transforming through a partial camouflage scheme. MGVs maintain a heavy camouflage screen at almost all times.
